A very famous, easy-to-make meal coming your way. An omelet will keep you full providing you with iodine, iron, quality protein & several vitamins.

Ingredients:

Directions:
  1. Sauté the veggies with some olive oil, then set aside and sauté the kale.

  2. Whisk eggs in a bowl then pour into a pan with the butter, making sure both sides are cooked well.

  3. Optionally, you can add cheese.

  4. Add your sautéd veggies to the eggs and enjoy!
